Someday Dreams

The Impossible Dreams of a Paper-Selling Street Kid

Mother says my someday dreams are like holding out handfuls of used paper on a day when there is no buyer. But I tell her that having papers on a day with no buyer is better than empty hands on a day when there is one. A buyer may come tomorrow, or the day after, or someday.

A sweet, small book, in prose, of a young girl longing to be loved.
